My Story…
Since buying a Union Loom at an Amish auction in 2013, my passion for fiber arts has grown steadily. I started with weaving, embroidery, sewing, and decoupage, but soon began experimenting with different techniques. After more than 12 years working in fiber arts, I am never bored!
Over the years, I continue to attend local craft markets and art fairs, as well as gallery competitions. I stay connected to the art world through memberships in Wisconsin Visual Arts Association, and the Oshkosh Art Collective.
Texture is a key element in my fiber art pieces, creating depth and contrast. While I usually prefer natural fibers and neutral tones, I also enjoy using bold colors to make a statement. Each piece I create is driven by a unique inspiration, pushing me to explore new possibilities.
